decent experience, some drawbacks

spacious room clean room breakfast option high noise traffic noise slow cooling

The room was spacious and clean. i really appreciated that our room was upgraded without any extra charge. breakfast was quite good with many options available. It was worth getting up for!

the noise level was high because of traffic, it bothered me a bit. also, noise carried inside the building pretty easily. the air conditioning took a while to cool the large room down..

fantastic stay, charmed by it

lovely staff good buffet great value

i found the staff lovely and cute. they helped me in whatever way they could, a real plus! the breakfast buffet was good, with a decent selection. i felt it was great value for money for what i got.

there was noise from traffic outside, and the echo inside was a bit much. it made sleeping a little difficult.

the room included a very large bed. a tv was available. the bathroom was decent and well kept, which i really liked, though a little basic.

the hotel sits close to restaurants. i found the citadel reachable by foot, quite easily! the area near the hotel had small shops and felt tranquil, which i appreciated.

the hotel offered currency exchange. bicycle rentals were available at the hotel. i could arrange tours easily, without problems. a restaurant was there where i could have breakfast.

The staff were super friendly and eager to help. They provided information! i felt they were very attentive and kind, especially at the reception. i got assistance with travel arrangements.
